Having served in multiple roles in 21 years in the Farm Credit System, the north-central Iowa native brings expertise and experience in credit, operations/sales management and leasing to his current position. As President of CHS Capital earlier in his career, Legried directed the formation of an agribusiness financing company from three predecessor organizations and successfully rebranded and repositioned the company for success.

Working as part of a team that focuses so sharply on its customers is a big reason why Legried, who has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iowa State University and MBA from the University of Minnesota, returned to become AgDirect senior vice president in 2017. 

Christensen began working for AgDirect in 2021 as an inside sales representative. Before then, she spent six years in outside sales positions for the medical staffing and ag equipment industries. "At the heart of AgDirect is its people," says Christensen. "I am honored to help lead our efforts in serving the needs of agricultural equipment dealers and producers." Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends, golfing and baking.

In his role, Cory provides direction and leadership to his team and is responsible for customer satisfaction and market share within the regional geography.

Cory began his AgDirect career as a territory manager in 2003. Prior to working for AgDirect, he served as territory manager and inside sales representative for a Nebraska short-line equipment manufacturer for seven years.

Cory graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in mechanized systems management.

In his role, Greg provides direction and leadership to his team and is responsible for customer satisfaction and market share within the regional geography.

Greg joined the AgDirect team in August 2005 to grow sales and develop its sales team. Prior to joining AgDirect, Greg built 11 years of lending and trade credit experience through community banks and Diversified Financial Services.

Greg graduated from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska, with degrees in business administration and journalism.

Zielke, a native of Liberal, Kansas, joined Farm Credit Services of America and AgDirect in 2006, first working as a processing specialist, then as a business analyst. In the latter role, he helped provide technology guidance for AgDirect systems prior to becoming vice president of AgDirect operations.

Serving customers in the agriculture industry is what Zielke, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University, says he enjoys most about his work at AgDirect.

Mahoney began her career with AgDirect in 2016. She has served in various roles including customer service specialist, inside sales representative and operations lead before transitioning to her current leadership position.

Today Mahoney continues to enjoy working alongside her teammates to provide a high level of service to AgDirect customers and plan for our customers’ future needs.

Figi began her career with Farm Credit Services of America in 2016 as an AgDirect sales representative. Her previous experience in marketplace development, relationship building and supporting the overall growth of the AgDirect program make her a valuable asset in her current leadership role.

Kara grew up in the Lincoln, Nebraska, area and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s of agricultural science in biochemistry.

Krause began her career with AgDirect and Farm Credit Services of America in 2004. Before she was promoted to her current position, Krause was as an AgDirect sales representative for three years. She also has served as an AgDirect systems analyst and business owner for six years, providing development guidance and showcasing AgDirect technology.

Prior to her career at Farm Credit Services of America, Krause was a sales rep for a seed corn company and also a professional disk jockey and commercial production engineer on the radio.

Julie was raised on a grain and livestock farm in northeast Nebraska. She graduated from Wayne State College with a degree in mass communications, sport management and online media.

Leslie's career with Farm Credit Services of America spans more than 15 years. Before being awarded the role of vice president of credit services and support in 2024, she served as vice president of operations. Prior to joining the AgDirect leadership team in 2022, she worked as a mortgage processor in the consumer lending department, an AgDirect resolution officer and vice president of credit operations.

A native of Rockville, Nebraska, Leslie grew up on a cow-calf and grain operation. She graduated with her undergraduate degree in business administration and journalism and master’s degree in business administration from Midland University.

Throughout her career, Michelle has devoted much of her efforts to the Credit Team, holding various positions and serving Retail Underwriting, high risk portfolios, Agribusiness lending and corporate accounts. Her extensive expertise and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted leader in the industry.

Originally from Western Iowa, Michelle grew up on a row crop farm in Kiron, Iowa. She graduated from Buena Vista University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She now resides in Papillion, NE with her husband, Tim, and their two beloved dachshunds.
