COVID-19 Update
The AgDirect financing program has implemented a number of measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and maintain our ability to seamlessly serve ag equipment dealers, partners and customers.
We have added deep cleaning to our regular sanitary practices at all offices where AgDirect program employees work.
We have cancelled large group meetings with dealers, partners, customers and employees and have paused non-essential air travel.
We have equipped our employees to make greater use of our mobile technology to work from home and are holding virtual versus in-office meetings wherever possible.
Dealers and participating Farm Credit offices can submit applications for financing and transact business electronically using agdirect.com, our AgDirect Mobile app and electronic signatures (eSign).
Our customers can conduct business electronically, too. We encourage them to access their AgDirect accounts to get balance information, make payments and view account history online by logging in or enrolling in Account Access at agdirect.com.
Financing documents for eligible transactions can be emailed, signed electronically using eSign, and downloaded by customers – even if there are multiple customers in different locations.
We will continue to actively monitor developments and work with health officials to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees, partners, dealer employees and customers in every interaction.
