What do you enjoy about doing business with AgDirect?

Having a working farm as well as a dealership really gives us a firsthand perspective of what farmers need on a regular basis. Our business revolves around providing service to our customers and taking care of our local community. AgDirect has helped us provide flexible financing options for customers we’ve had for generations.

How has AgDirect impacted your business day-to-day?

One of the key advantages of working with AgDirect is the availability of their staff when we need them. There are times when we are on the road or away from the office and can’t work up a quote, but we’re able to contact AgDirect and have a customer quote within five minutes. Rather than having to set up an appointment we can close the deal instantly.

What advice do you have for young and beginning producers evaluating an equipment purchase?

It’s a tougher time for any young producer coming up in agriculture. You really need to evaluate every purchase decision and have a group of people working with you that have your best interests in mind. AgDirect has been more than willing to work with us through the decision-making process.

What keeps you coming back to AgDirect?

We don’t have one primary customer-type. Our customers range from landscapers to small homeowners, to hobby farmers and livestock operations. Working with AgDirect gives us a lot of good options to serve a very dynamic customer base.
