What do you enjoy most about your role?

Our customer base is pretty wide-ranging. There’s always something new to learn every day and I enjoy meeting and working with a vast array of different farmers.

What keeps you working with AgDirect?

I continue to work with AgDirect because of the support from our local territory manager. He is always willing to help customers and work to meet everyone’s needs.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your industry?

The biggest challenge we face today is getting equipment in a timely fashion and being able to take care of customers’ needs as far as equipment and parts.

What’s the number one reason you recommend AgDirect to your customers?

The number one reason I recommend AgDirect is how easy they are to work with. The mobile app is very fast and user-friendly, and with eSign, you can sign documents electronically when you’re not face-to-face with a customer.
